2024 Staff Application Process

  • Be prepared to provide personal & pastoral references, agree to a background check, list church involvement, and describe your relationship with Jesus.

  • Applicants should be in good standing with their local church.

  • Applicants must commit to serve for the entire Camp 207 week (Aug 11-16) if selected.

  • We will begin notifying applicants of their application status starting in April.

Volunteer Perks

  • There is no cost to volunteer! If you’d like to help offset the $170 ministry cost per volunteer or contribute another amount, please visit our donate page.

  • No meal planning! All meals are provided for the entire week.

  • When a parent or legal guardian volunteers, they get a $100 discount per child. We also open up grades K-2 for volunteers.

  • Did we mention the Free Staff T-Shirt?

  • Finally, you get to be part of this multi-church organization to minister to the next generation of youth!

We quite literally cannot have Camp 207 without the amazing staff members who volunteer their time each summer.

We need 110+ volunteers to support the 250+ students who will participate this year.

Our goal is to place camp staff in positions where each individual will have the opportunity to use their gifts.  Since our staff will be influencing students during the camp week (and beyond), their lifestyle choices should reflect their love for Jesus and His teachings.

We require all staff to attend a mandatory training session prior to camp. The staff training will take place on July 29, 2024 @ 6pm at Summit Community Church (26 Cressey Rd, Gorham, ME).
